Catherine Baldwin died in Lewis County, La Belle Township, Registration District No. 479, Missouri, December 13, 1924. She lived to the age of 90 years, one month, and two days, having lived in the area for twenty-five years. Catherine was a white female, the wife of Amos N. Baldwin. Prior to her death she was a housewife, living on a farm. Her date of birth was November 11, 1834, in Brown County, Illinois. Her father was Joseph Groves who was born in Virginia, and her mother was Mary (Catherine?) Staley who was born in Virginia.
Her cause of death was Angina Pectoris, which she had had about one year and eight months. Contributory cause of death was senility, which she had endured for ten years.
Fred Baldwin, a son living in Lewistown, MO, was the informant for this certificate.
Catherine Baldwin was buried in La Belle, MO, on December 15, 1924.
