Death of Mrs. Daily
Mrs. Peter Daily, mother of Mrs. Charles Redmond, died at the country home of her daughter on Monday afternoon, and was interred in the Catholic cemetery this forenoon.
Deceased was one of the oldest residents of Brown county, being at the time of her death nearly 95 years of age. Her death was due to the infirmities resulting from advanced age.
Deceased was married three times. Her first husband was John Monohan, and of this union two children survive, viz: John Monohan of Pea Ridge, and Mrs. Sally Sullivan of Clayton. Her second marriage was to Mr. Murphy and two children survive this union, Mrs. Charles Redmond, and Mrs. Bolan of Chicago. Her third marriage was to Peter Daily, but no children were born to them. Mr. Daily died many years ago.
The funeral occurred from St. Mary’s church this morning at 9:30 o’clock, conducted by Father Carroll, and interment followed in St. Mary’s cemetery.
